Wendy and her husband moved to the Three Points Community in June of 2002, and make their home in Diamond Bell Ranch. Wendy earned a BS in Elementary Education and History, and a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education. She is a 4th generation teacher that is completing her 31st year in the classroom. Currently she teaches 5th and 6th grade at the local Altar Valley Middle School, where she has taught for 19 years. In addition to working with her students, she is the Student Council advisor. She is a friendly and familiar face around the community also serving on her church board of directors. Every year she appears in costume, volunteering as Mrs. Claus during the holidays. Wendy and her family enjoy their animals, working in the yard, camping, and visiting family and friends. She is a firm believer in the importance of serving and giving back to her community. As such, she has served on the Three Points Fire Board for 11 years. Serving on the Board has allowed her to meet and work with great people who are also committed to the Three Points Community. She states that this experience has expanded her knowledge and understanding of fire issues and the needs in our community.
Richard Kennedy

Richard has called Three Points home since 1995 when he moved here with his wife and two sons. He originally joined the Three Points Fire District in 1998 as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. In 2012 he retired from the Raytheon Fire Department after 27 years of service. In 2005, he was appointed as a Board Member to fill a vacancy and, was elected to the Fire Board in 2008. Richard has served in various capacities for over 13 years. He believes it is an honor to serve on the Three Points Fire District Board with the other board members, and it is a privilege to support the Fire Department personnel as well as the great citizens of the Community.
Lorie Wallace

Lorie and her family have been Three Points residents since 1998. She is a teacher, having taught in the Altar Valley School District for the past 23 years of her 28 years in the education field. Lorie currently teaches 8th grade Language Arts. Lorie and her husband have a teenage daughter that will be attending ASU in the fall. She has been involved in various volunteering opportunities throughout the years and is proud to be a part of the Three Points Fire District. Lorie has been on the board since 2014, first as an appointed member and now as an elected official. “I enjoy being a part of our community and happy that I can give back by serving on the board”.
Dan Tankersley

Dan Tankersley

Dan has worked for the Altar Valley School District since 2002 and serves as the Operations Director. He and his family have lived in Three Points for 19 years. Dan previously filled in as a Fire Board Member during a vacancy from 2008-2010. He describes himself as a highly motivated and experienced individual, a critical thinker, problem solver and a people person. Dan has experience in transportation, maintenance, warehousing and management He believes that as a Fire Board Member safety, efficiency and transparency are key attributes.
